While the main plenary will be held at the world-renowned Centre of Fine Arts (BOZAR), the parallel sessions will take place in ICLEI member and partner offices across Brussels, easily accessible by public transport or on foot. This innovative structure gives participants a firsthand look at where local governments operate, providing a greater insight into the structure of international local governance in Brussels
